HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Step 1. Browse through our catalogue to find the product of your choice. Select the relevant size (refer the Size Chart if in doubt) and ‘Add to Cart’. You are eligible to add multiple products and quantity to the cart.

Step 2. ‘View Cart’ or continue shopping or check out through the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon on the top right.

Step 3. Provide the billing and shipping details. Select the payment method and ‘Place Order’.

Note: One can shop with us as ‘Guest’ or ‘Member’. Taking membership is not compulsory.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Products packed to ensure safe delivery through reputed courier service provider at the mentioned ‘Shipping Address’.

HOW WILL I GET CONFIRMATION OFSUCCESSFULLY PLACED ORDER?

Order confirmation email is send followed by email of dispatch. However, order will not be accepted until payment is received in case of on-line (credit/debit/internet banking) payment unless it is COD (Cash On Delivery) requested.

Note: COD (Cash On Delivery) is available only on selected areas.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE IF I MAKE PAYMENT USING NET BANKING, DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD?

IN SPITE OF DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, MY ORDER WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MONEY?

Due to technical issues in the internet, sometimes amount debits from the buyer’s account but is notcredited in the company’s account. In most cases, the buyer’s bank willroll back the deducted amount within 7 working days. If the transaction was successful but the order was unsuccessful due to technical issues, we will refund the amount within 5 working days from the day of notification.
